OPERATION
ASSEMBLY:
•
Begin each day with all components impeccably clean and thoroughly dry.
•
Place the lug securely in the bottom rails, ensuring it is tight against the backstop.
•
Position the dough ball pan precisely in the rails underneath the motor compartment.
•
Install the dough ball chute accurately into the designated slots inside the sifter enclosure.
•
Position the sifter screen so that the end with the pivot pin is situated away from the motor compartment.
•
Install the brush by mating the end with the square hole onto the square drive coupling. Press the brush forward
towards
the motor until the opposite end of the brush shaft clears the pivot pin located on the sifter screen. Center the brush
shaft hole on the pivot pin, then release the brush. Rotate the brush manually to ensure proper installation.
•
Place the brush cover/lug support, flat side up, over the brush, ensuring that the brush cover hole is oriented away from
the motor compartment.
•
Place the lug with the hole into the sifter enclosure, aligning the lug hole with the brush cover hole. Secure the lug plug over the hole in the lug.

BLENDING:
•
Place flour and spices into the top lug. Press the start button. While the brush is in motion, remove the lug plug and gradually push the breading through the lug hole.
•
Replace the lug plug over the hole in the top lug. After the breading has passed through the sifter screen and the
brush has ceased rotating, remove the bottom lug and pour the breading back into the top lug. For models with a bottom lug that has a hole and a lug plug, simply interchange the top and bottom lugs.
•
Secure the appropriate lug tightly against the backstop. Repeat these steps for a second blending of the breading.
